• Develop and present 12 monthly concepts, color palettes, big ideas and art direction for both brands by an informed exploration of trend services, runway collections and the retail market
• Drive volume through a robust item testing strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of informed newness
• Achieve challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment through strategic management of a design calendar and by maintaining close partnerships with cross-functional teams, including product development, technical design and buying
